Missions

The church has links with several people who work in ‘Christian Mission’ and support their work by prayer and financially and keep in touch by letter.

CMS – Church Missionary Society
We now have new Link Mission Partners, Paul and Sarah Tester, who trained at Redcliffe College and now live in Peru where they work primarily in youth ministry
 

StreetLife (MBE)
A local charity for homeless young people in Blackpool, through Jane Hugo who is a member of the congregation and is the director of StreetLife

 

Operation Mobilisation
Through Tony Holbach who is a member of the congregation and works for Operation Mobilisation.

The following are former member of All Saints Anchorsholme who have gone into full-time Christian ministry:

• Derek Walmsley – Vicar of St Mark Uttley, Keighley
• George Billington – Vicar of Pilling and Stalmine
• Malcolm Worsley – NSM – formerly Director of Philippi Trust, retired 2002.
• David Durie – ordained in 1999 and moved to minister in Scotland in 2001
• Jon Hutchinson – ordained in 2001 – Vicar in Nottingham
